REFUND POLICY:
- If parts are incorrect or missing you must file a claim within 5-7 business days from receiving date.
- All Special Orders are Non-Refundable.
- No returns after 14 days.
- We reserve the right to deny any return and/or refund.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts", they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days.
- In some cases, the manufacturer will need to inspect the item. This may require additional time.
- We will not accept any product that appears to have been used
- Damaged or Dirty items and/or packaging are Non Refundable.
- Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.
- Please return items (especially wheels) in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Custom ordered parts may not be returned.
- Hazardous materials may not be returned.
- Videos, software, and copyrighted material may not be returned for a refund once they are opened.
