Each cover is precision checked for proper placement of seal and dowel pins to avoid leaks like the other off-center brands. The reinforced cam thrust timing cover #65555 features a .090" thick wear plate welded into place which provides a positive cam stop as well as stiffens the timing cover to stand up to severe loads. This timing cover uses the short, late model style #10775 cam button. Each cover is checked for proper placement of seal and dowel pins to avoid leaks.
